A Jewellery Project to Try With Children This Summer

If you are looking for a fun creative project to do with children over the summer then take a look at this FREE tutorial showing you how to make elastic beaded bracelets together. This is a really satisfying and fun project to make with children, especially if they are into Taylor Swift!

In this short video I’m joined by my very capable assistant (and son!) Harry, and together we show you how to make simple stretch bracelets for both children and grown-ups.

Tools and Materials you’ll need:

Elastic

Selection of beads - these could be gemstone, plastic, wood etc

Scissors or jewellers snips

Optional: Super glue, araldite glue or clear nail varnish

Tip when selecting beads - check that the elastic will go through the hole on the beads. Some beads have small holes!
