YOU’RE INVITED TO THE ALL THAT GLITTERS LIVE WATCH PARTY
Blog
All That Glitters season 1 starts tonight and you’re invited to join the conversation. Each week we will be holding a live watch party in the Jewellers Academy Facebook group plus a bonus live chat with a jeweller mentor over on Instagram once the episode is over
You're invited to our live All That Glitters watch party!
All That Glitters is a brand new talent search to find Britain's most brilliant jeweller
(Think Bake Off or Pottery Throw Down for jewellers)
There are eight contestants designing and making jewellery to a client brief. Each week there will be a 'Jeweller of the Week' and one jeweller will be going home. The judges are Solange Azagury-Partridge and Shaun Leane.
Obviously, we are VERY VERY excited. So we're hosting a live watch party over in our Facebook group and we'd love you to join in the conversation.
To join us, simply pop on BBC2 at 8pm on Tuesday nights and pop into the Jewellers Academy Facebook group.
There will be a post at the top of the group tonight called 'All That Glitters Watch Party' where we will be chatting about what is being made and we'd love to hear your thoughts!
The series is 6 episodes so see you at the same place, same time, each week!
The series starts on Tuesday 13th April 2021 on BBC2 at 8pm and is scheduled to run at the same time each week for 6 weeks. And series 2 has already been commissioned.
If you're not already a member of the Facebook group please join now on the button below.
Do answer the joining questions (we automatically reject anyone that doesn't as we do get spam). We will be keeping an eye out for member requests to try to get you on quickly.
And that's not all!
Join us over on Instagram LIVE at 9pm where I will be joined by one of our jeweller mentors to chat about the episode.
How to watch the Instagram live
Pop onto Instagram at 9pm this evening
Search for @jewellersacademy
When we're live, the icon at the top left of the screen (it's a picture of me sawing!) will say live so tap on that to join us!
I'm excited to see the show. Anything that shows the general public the work and skill that goes into handmaking a piece of jewellery is good news for us all.
With love,
Jess x
* We're sorry to those who are outside the UK who don't get to see the show yet. We hope that you'll get to watch it sometime soon!
