We’ll also dive into your revenue-generating activities for the year and identify the key metrics to track for success.

February 2025: branding for jewellers: creating a business around your values

It's essential that your jewellery brand reflects who you are and the values you stand for, as everything you do as a business owner flows from this foundation. This month, we're focusing on your brand—yes, that includes your logo and colours, but it goes much deeper. It’s time to perfect your branding.

March 2025: all about the jewellery - your product strategy

Let’s shift our focus to your jewellery. Creating a signature style that truly represents you as a jeweller and is easily recognizable will help you connect with and inspire your customers. This month is all about helping you refine and showcase your unique style.


April 2025: photography for jewellers

Photography and videography are key to getting your jewellery out there and noticed. It is also an essential sales tool and an ongoing project within your business. This month we will deep dive into all aspects of photography in your jewellery business and equip you with the skills you need to level up.

May 2025: marketing your jewellery business and instagram for jewellers

Marketing is essential to making sure people discover your jewellery. This month, we’ll dive into creating a simple marketing plan tailored for jewellers, explore copywriting and storytelling techniques, and discuss how to sell with confidence. We’ll also focus on Instagram, a vital social media platform for jewellers, and how to make the most of it to grow your business.

June 2025: websites that sell

This month we will be working together on setting up and optimising your website. We will be covering everything you need to know including product listings, SEO, creating a great user experience and showing your jewellery in its best light. We also have a swipe file of terms and conditions, privacy policy etc ready to use.


July 2025: Pricing your jewellery for profit and money mindset

Profit is key to ensuring your jewellery business is sustainable and enjoyable to work in. This month we will work together on both the practical side including pricing your work to ensure you make a profit as well as the mindset of having the confidence to charge what you are worth and to handle money in your business (and life) without fear. Sounds great doesn’t it!?

 

August 2025: business matters

This month is all about the essential business aspects of running a successful jewellery brand. We’ll cover key topics like hallmarking, effective postage and packaging solutions to protect your creations and deliver a great customer experience. Additionally, you'll get a brief guide to managing taxes, helping you stay compliant and organised as your business grows.

 

September 2025: email marketing

Your most powerful sales tool in your jewellery business is emailing those who’ve specifically asked to hear from you! Together, we’ll master this skill. From setting up your mailing list to crafting your welcome emails, and sending regular updates, you’ll learn how to use email marketing effectively to drive consistent online sales.


October 2025: launching in your jewellery business

Launching new products and collections is a crucial strategy for boosting sales. This month, we’ll dive into how to plan and carry out successful product launches, building on the experiences of jewellers in the industry.

 

November 2025: Selling your jewellery

November is a prime time for selling your jewellery in the lead-up to Christmas so we’ll focus on authentic, non-pushy sales techniques to help you get more sales confidently.

 

December 2025: Understanding & Attracting Customers for Your Jewellery Business

This month we’ll dive deep into how to attract, understand, and build strong relationships with your customers. Learn strategies to identify your ideal audience, effectively communicate your brand, and deliver exceptional customer experiences that will keep them coming back. This is your roadmap to growing a loyal customer base and thriving in your jewellery business.
