This is a simple tool. Get out paper to take notes and let’s get started (1:35)
Draw out six boxes and in the first box put the title “Activities” (2:55)
In box number two put “Gains” or “Wins” (4:24)
The next box are “Losses” from the year (5:50)
Underneath the top three boxes is the most important of all - the “Lessons Learned” box (7:25)
The next two are related to each other - the “Income” box and the “Profit” box (8:50)
I suggest doing this, taking a break and ending the year. Set goals after the New Year (10:30)
